The UK 2013 Mega committee invite you to join us at our Mega Christmas Fayre.
In less than a year from now the UK's 6th Annual Mega Event will be held at the Heritage Motor Centre having brought geocachers from all over the world to celebrate our unique hobby.
But in between now and then we have a lot of hard work ahead of us with planning and fundraising. So please come along, have some fun and help us to raise lots of money!
Although this is a geocaching event, everyone will be welcome. So please feel free to invite all your friends and family - the more the merrier!
The Shelly Farm Community Centre is at the heart of Monkspath located just a few miles from Junction 4 of the M42 near Solihull. For those of you who are travelling further to attend this event there are several reasonably priced hotels within a few miles of the pub.
Please try to log your will attends as soon as you can and let us know how many people are coming so we know how many cakes to bake!
There'll be lots going on:
- Raffles
- Tombolas
- Merchandise for Sale
- Fun and games including "Signal Hoopla" and "Spin the arrow"
- Tea/coffee, mince pies and cakes
- A suggestion box for your ideas for next year's Mega - so get your thinking caps
on!
and if he is free, Santa may even make an appearance!
The 2013 Committee would be very grateful if people could donate a raffle prize to use either at this event or at a different time, helping to raise funds for the Mega.
