Please join us for the 2013 Spring Fling on April 27-28th, 2013
As always it will be a weekend full of fun, food, friends, camping, and of course Geocaching!
Location: State Thunderbird State Park
EVENT RELEASE FORM
Everyone attending the event will need to fill out a release form!
Please submit these in advance of the event. Those submitted by April 1st will be eligible for a drawing for a home made lap quilt if you also are camping at the park!

MEALS
There will be one meal available for purchase Saturday evening.
The price for this meal ranges from $3.00 to $8.00.

Please order meals before April 14th to give caterers time to prepare.
T-SHIRTS
T-Shirts must be ordered and paid for in advance.
Order form and payment must be received by March 1st.

Event Pathtags are on sale for $2.00 each

ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
HIDE & SEEK
The main event as always is the hiding and finding of Geocaches!
Large caches, small caches, easy caches, hard caches, night caches, caches of every terrain and difficulty are encouraged!
Prizes will be awarded for everyone's favorite caches!

ACCOMODATIONS
There are three different campsites in the area.
Hickory Hill Campground:
22 RV sites @ $20.00 per night
Sandy Hill Campground:
6 full hook up 50 amp RV sites @ $28.00 per night.
8 RV sites 30 amp @ $20.00 per night.
20 Tent sites @ $12.00 per night.
Hog Creek Campground:
21 RV sites @ $20.00 per night.
33 Tent sites @ $12.00 per night.
Up to two tents per site.
If your second tent is for children it is free, but if you are sharing a site then both tents will have to pay.
Costume Contest:
Who can bling it out and cache in it all weekend!
Cache Container Design Contest:
Design you cache out of tin, aluminum, diamonds and bling.

Giveaway #1 A beautiful new GPS'r just waiting to go Geocaching.
To enter this giveaway you must have have all three forms in by April 1st. ( release Form, T-shirt form, Pathtag form) needless to say you must be purchasing pathtags and t-shirts to qualify.
