This is a Redux of the original Onix cache that has been archived. Today while hiking up Boulder Loop I wanted to place a new cache in the area of the original Onix. I found the original cache in place and intact. I placed a new log in the container and it's ready to be found again. The location of this cache is not an area for small children, it's very steep with drop offs. No technical climbing or gear is needed to find the cache. BUT.....Please use caution and good judgment while searching for the cache. Not winter friendly ~ Not safe to attempt when the trail is wet. You'll see 2 small cairns on the left side of the Boulder Loop trail going up the loop counter clockwise. This is the rock-climbers trail to the boulders.
