For the West coordinates, all you have to do is convert April 5, 1664 to the Mayan Long Count calendar. Once you do, you should see some likely numbers. For the third (Tun) column, add a zero before the number. If in doubt, use 584283 for the date correlation. Related web page included.
Remember to write down the Maya number symbols found in the log book, or on the lid, that is needed to determine the coordinates of the final cache of this series. After conversion, ten are labeled N and are each a four-digit number. Ten are labeled W and are each a three-digit number.
