Meeting up with the Coffee's is always something that i wont forget always happy and friendly and good for a chat.
Mr.Coffee, never say NO to a Coffee even if 47 degrees outside, believes Tom Tom is never wrong and fixes GPS to computer problems. Shelby: the brains behind the Coffee Clan, cache puzzles and Navigation, cache outing organizer, great cook and great Mum. Mystery Inc777: eldest Son and hates caches that are more than 50 metres from the vehicle. Mini Cacher One : Youngest Son, able to get into cache spots normal people cannot, offers his service of cache retrieval as “Mini cache hand for hire”, will walk more than 50 metres for a cache.
Hobbies: 4 wheel driving, geocaching, Coffee, fishing, camping, GPS, computers, anything electronic, anything 4wd, anything that is Coffee related, anything fun.
Best Caches to date: Anything that is 4wd country including Geocentrical in the NT, high country Caches placed By DJcache, Rabbitto’s 13th cache series, Team Crackers work with wood series caches, Biggles Bear 2024, Embi’s National Treasure, Chookies Line of sight cache series, Muzza Puzzlemania cache series, Dak’s emu mob BT series, Juzmac caches, Romax caches, Spruce Mooses caches, Pprass caches, Maccamob Caches, and many many many more top caches placed by some great cachers.
Lessons learned in geocaching: There is really never a bad cache but some cachers go to the next level with the History, details, location, cache container etc making the journey a memorable experience. It is these caches that you will be sure to hear being discussed at geocaching events with a positive “Must Do” or “have you done the XYZ cache”. Anyone can hide a cache, but a story with a bit of research and a good location is better. Anyone can write “found it on the way to…” but it is about the journey and overall experience we all like to read about, so go on type a story for us all to read.
Geocaching wish list: GPS/phone that has Ozi explorer, discover aus, Tom Tom, GSAK, internet explorer and full GPS features including unlimited waypoints, phone, 5m mexapixel camera and high speed internet in one unit. Geocaching dog that can sniff out hidden cache containers. 4wd raised 18 inches, diff locks, MT tyres, power winch etc, to reach those hard to get cache locations. New house on 4 acres of land and helicopter, this is to help get to caches and gives me a place to write my logs and invent new cache hiding techniques. 20 million dollars, so I can become a professional geocacher and have a coffee machine in every room in the house and I mean every room.
