Geocache Description:

Use the provided coordinates for parking located at Earle Park and the Connecticut Audubon Society.

This cache contains half of the coordinates needed to find "Gourdie" who will tell you where "The Great Pumpkin" is.

"The Great Pumpkin" has gone missing, and it's up to you to save Halloween! The only one who knows where he is hidden is "Gourdie," a magnetic nano hanging out near a swamp.

In order to find Gourdie's coordinates, you must first use the coordinates "Trick" will give you, then find and his sister, "Treat", hidden separately in this park.

These caches were hidden with the intent of being kid-friendly, and should be a fun walk through Earle Park. No bushwhacking required for any of the series - all caches are hidden directly off the trail. Be sure to stop in and say hello to the furry and feathered friends inside the Audubon Society, which is open Tuesday-Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 1:00pm-4:00pm (they are closed Mondays). In the autumn, The Old Cider Mill is just down the road for some fresh apple cider and cider donuts.

Earle Park closes half an hour after sunset. Pets are allowed on-leash. There are a number of cross-country horse jumps within the park.

Due to some bounce in the area, the hint is a dead give-away. We rated this a 2.5 terrain as it can get quite slippery after heavy rain.

CONGRATULATIONS FIVE WOODS ON FTF!!!
