Keystone: The listing guidelines for event caches say that "After an event has passed, the listing is archived by the cache owner." Since the event date was more than four weeks ago, I'm archiving the listing. Thank you to the owner for organizing this event.

Geocache Description:

Come celebrate Six More Weeks Of Ice Cream with your friends from PAGA!

The first Saturday in February is National Ice Cream For Breakfast Day. The crazy people at PAGA (Pittsburgh Area Geocaching Association) thought this would be a great time to get together on a snowy day and share tales of geocaching adventures.  This year is even more special, as it is also Groundhog Day!  Come help us celebrate six more weeks of winter (six more weeks of ice cream?), or maybe an early spring.

Join us for a breakfast buffet with ice cream and fun at Golden Corral in Robinson. If you wish to eat, just pay the hostess when you enter. We have the Party Room and adjoining dining area reserved for up to 75 people, comfortably. (We might be able to squeeze a few more crazy cachers in there if we try hard enough!) The event will start at 9 A.M. and go until 12 noon.

Bring your geocoins and TBs to move along or coins or quarter-sized personal trade items to share.

For the first 75 geocaching names logged in to the official PAGA sign-in book, there will be a special commemorative item available as a prize for coming out on such a cold morning. So be sure to come early to get your secret prize!

The address for the restaurant is: 900 Park Manor Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15205.

PAGA is a group of local cachers who enjoy caching for the fun and sport. We like all kinds of caches and allow everyone to cache in their own way. We are also a friendly bunch, and like to get together for socials to share our tales of conquest in the geocaching world

So come celebrate such an unusual holiday (and Groundhog Day!) with your unusual geo-friends, and maybe even catch a few nearby caches if it isn't too cold!
