A little traditional to go along with the New Year's Day Brunch w/ Loch Cache event.
The Event
GC4294R - 2013 New Year's Day Brunch w/ Loch Cache - is the second of what may become an annual geoevent. This cache is a traditional to go along with that event.
The Cache
This cache is in the Mill Pond Conservation Area in Burlington. Best parking is on Town Line Rd. On the right, near the end, there is a short, unnamed street that leads up to an entrance to the conservation area.
There is more than one way to get to GZ, each giving you a nice little hike through the woods. When I placed the cache there was a fresh 4-6 inches of snow and I snowshoed in following either the trail or animal tracks. The cache is mostly hidden by snow right now. When the weather is warmer I will go back out to hide the cache better. What ever the conditions, please place the cache back so it is well hidden to keep it from being muggled.
