I was struggling to come up with a theme until just recently when our dear cocker spaniel Indie passed away. Just last week Indie helped me place the first 5 caches on the trail, so I decided to name these caches in her honor.
The seventh cache in this series is located almost within reach of the trail. However you cannot access this cache directly via snow mobile, as the trail departs from the snow mobile trail about 0.15 miles south of this spot. In addition the cache is located on the portion of the trail groomed for snow shoes, although the cross country trail is close by and runs parallel to this one.
I was doing my best to keep the caches 0.12 - .014 miles apart, but when I got to Gz there were no good winter-friendly spots to hide this container. However I did find a relic nearby that I was able to fashion into a shelter of sorts and keep off the ground. Please use care when accessing and rehiding.
