Ali's is now called Stracco's. The new owner has made the cache even easier to find and loves when catchers stop in to say hello. Please be respectful of area residential apartments when choosing the time of day you choose to grab this one. The cache is now hidden in plain sight no need to step in the garden or look in any unusual places
Always on the hunt for a cool place to hide a cache and keeping in mind our music / musician related cache series. Previous caches in this series include GC2J2E2 Bob Seger, GC2GPGO Classic Oldies, GC3BZ17 What's on M.T's iPod, GC437ZP I'll Be Holmes For Christmas and a few others. We came upon this idea for a placement and wanted to get it up and running for Thanksgiving Day 2012. Real life got in the way of that goal however so we'll have to go with better late then never. On the bright side it will be in place for Thanksgiving 2013 and so on and so on. "YOU CAN GET ANYTHING YOU WANT AT ALICE'S RESTAURANT."... Who doesn't remember that Arlo Guthrie classic, played faithfully by many radio stations on Turkey Day and what better town to hide this cache in but Plymouth MA the home of Thanksgiving? To make your hunt a bit easier the cache is hidden at 85 Sandwich St. (Rte. 3A) in Plymouth you will know right where to look and realize where the cache name came from as you park your car and there is plenty of available parking. The cache is very close to the street and it is a busy main street so I recommend leaving children someplace safe as you search One more bit of pertinent information is that you will be looking for a cleverly hidden matchstick container.
