The cache is not at the listed coordinates, however they are a good parking location within about 500 feet of the cache. Bring the kids along on this one as there is a nice playground with a large splash pad near the cache. The cache is located in a semi wooded area between a couple of residential areas, but muggles should not be a problem. If heavy rain has recently fallen, you might want to wear some rubber boots or be prepared to get a little wet. You are looking for a round plastic container about 4 inches by 3 inches well concealed by brush and rocks. This is another of my fairly easy puzzle caches, really all you need to do is replace some letters with numbers and I will tell you where to find them. OK, here is the puzzle: N 36 AB.CDE S 096 FG.HIJ A = 5.02 B = 9.25 C = 3.02 D = 9.80 E = 4.11 F = 7.42 G = 3.53 H = 5.44 I = 7.79 J = 1.075 Now, replace the letters with the .001 place value of a common logarithm, for you math wizards that should be easy, for the rest of us, we can use charts found online or in the back of that old math book sitting in the closet or on the shelf or even a calculator. For an example, the common log of 6.94 = 0.8413595, so if A= 6.94, you would replace the "A" with the number "1" If you need a webpage with the list, look at the hint. Happy hunting!
