WWFM, or World Wide Flash Mob, is intended to have thousands of cachers around the world taking part in something at the same time, only in many different places. It is meant to be a fun “opposite” of a mega-event. These caching events are intended to bring together geocachers and introduce others (newbies) to the hobby.


For the event we will be gathering to draw pictures out of chalk on the sidewalks at GZ! There is plenty of sidewalk and some distance so children can be kept away from the street! This is a favorite childhood activity, no matter how big of a child you might be.

Event Schedule


11:50 -11:59 AM - Arrive near, but not at GZ! Act as if you're a muggle in the area.
12:00 PM - Dash to GZ!
12:00 - 12:10 pm - Pull out your sidewalk chalk and become an artist on the sidewalk (I will bring extra!)
12:11 pm - Sign the log!
12:14 pm - Gather for group photo
12:15 pm - Dash from the area


Remember the main idea is to FLASH AND DASH, and of course make sure you have fun too! This event is 100% wheelchair accessible! Bring the kids! Bring some muggles who want to have some fun!
