This 37.5 acre property displays an old farm wood lot and reforested pasture land. Here one may stroll through a peaceful beech-pine woods, or along an open powerline right-of-way, which offers a rich diversity of plant and animal life. The path leading northeast along Route 128 connects with the Tophet Swamp Conservation Property and the Minuteman Bikeway. Access is from Bates Road, Holton Road, Conestoga Road and Wood Street.
