I found Lawton Farm by means of Geochaing. It is a ground-nesting bird sanctuary from the months of May-September. From October - April it is a dog-friendly farm where many go to get some exercise with their favorite four-legged friend(s). There are wide open fields in the front while the back offers nice trails that my dog, Fripp enjoys oh so much! Take a stroll around but please pick up your dogs' poop to keep clean and sanitary.
The cache is a small 6" tall lock-and-lock with decorative duct tape. For the first to find, A trackable that is unregistered so you can send it off yourself, a trackable I picked up in Vermont, a bright orange plastic dinosaur, a kids plastic bracelet AND $5.
