A pre-event party at the historic Argo Hotel! To have fun and get aquainted with other geocachers!
The historic Argo Hotel in Crofton Nebraska, is the location of the "Kick-Off" banquet for the 2013 Yankton event scheduled for May 3rd 2013 at 6:30 pm. Official geocache registration will be at 6:00 - 8:00 pm. It is not necessary to eat to register for this event! For those wishing to eat at the banquet, the cost will be $12.95. You MUST call the Argo 402-388-2400 to reserve a spot at the feast or to stay over at one of the 11 guest rooms! By special request , the PIANO MAN will be back, so bring your singing voices! It is "rumored" that we may have a "Ghost Buster" of great renown in the geocache community among us who is very aquanited with the Argo and might be persuaded to "entertain" us with stories, so.....wear clean socks and a garlic clove(JK)! Be alert for early bird caches to open....Early!
