Geocache Description:

The listed Coordinate is the Cache Location.  But there are some logging requirements, please read them below.  While the cache is located on a PUB, the challenge has nothing to do with PUBs.

After my father passed last year, my son Matthew and I went on a three week road trip to destress over the last two years of my father's life.  We were his primary care givers.  On this trip, we did 200 caches on the Route 66 Power Trail in one day and found caches in a total of 12 different states.  But one of the things we did by accident was to find caches in four different states in one day, twice.  And both times, one of the caches was in Montana.  While finding a cache in four different states on the same day may not be difficult in the Northeast, out west, it takes quite an effort to cache four states in one day.  So here are the guidelines to qualify for this challenge cache:

1.  You must find a traditional cache in four different states in one calendar day and it must be a cache new to you (no re-finds).
2.  Travel only by land or water, NO AIR TRAVEL aloud for this challenge.
3.  It can be in the past, no need to do it again after the publishing of this cache if you have already done it.
4.  One cache on a border has to count for one state or the other, not both states.
5.  Your log must contain the cache name and/or GC number, date and state.  Here are two examples:

April 28, 2012
GCZ7Q4 Back in Time, Montana
GC3H684 Cheyenne to Deadwood Trail, Wyoming
GC1RH8P Keystone/Rushmore Dancing Bear-Juan Bearvolta, South Dakota
GC394N5 10th Anniversary Redone, Nebraska

OR

April 30, 2012
GC1Z1G7 Pacific 10-2, Montana
GC32P5P6 Gear Monkey, Idaho
GCR5P6 Paha, Washington
GC2DMZB Park and Grab, Oregon

The scenery that Matt and I saw on this trip was spectacular.  We almost got five states in one day but got a late start in Colorado, so only did Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska in one day (April 27, 2012)  We hope to achieve that one day, maybe even six states in a day.
