Geocaching in Vermont, I have seen old schools converted to other uses. This is another in a series I'm starting. The Gray building was constructed in 1877 and used as a grade school until 1990. After closing, it sat vacant until sold by the school district. It changed hands again when the Gray Building Coalition bought and renovated it. Now it houses artist studios, Boys & Girls Club and other activities.
The cache container has only a log book. Bring your own writing implement. It is winter-friendly
