There are countless murals dotting the large and small towns all
over the country. It seems like these murals, usually done by local
artists, capture the flavor of the region and their host cities
better than anything else. Hopefully, this cache will showcase all
of these interesting and diverse works of art.
The posted coordinates are of a mural in my hometown of Camden,
SC. See the log below for current photos as well as photos I took
in 1982 of the artist creating it.
To log this cache, post a photo of yourself and your GPS with
the mural in the background along with its coordinates and
city/state where it can be seen in person. Feel free to include any
information about the mural that helps describe it or explain its
history.
Please apply the usual locationless cache rules - one find per
cacher, each find can be logged only once. Duplicate murals or
multiple logs by a single cacher will be deleted.
