Mega 2013 - Welcome to Gaydon

Where: The Malt Shovel

The 2013 Mega Committee would like to welcome you to the village of Gaydon. Once your tents have been pitched at the Heritage Motor Centre why not get to know us over a few drinks in the Malt Shovel. It’s the perfect chance to settle into the Mega week.

You may find yourself frequenting the Malt Shovel a few times during the week where you can choose snacks or a three course meal at lunchtimes and in the evenings, seven days a week. As well as the usual drinks on offer, there are also 4 real ales to be tasted. There’s a restaurant, a welcoming bar, and a unique ‘stage’ area where you can relax on a comfy sofa below a stained glass window. There’s the added bonus of free wi-fi for downloading those all important cache details. Be warned, you won’t want to leave!

We’ll be meeting at the pub from 7 p.m. onwards, look out for us in our Mega clothing. Of course should you prefer to come a bit earlier for a meal the pub serves food from 6.30 onwards.
