After making a "Dark Side" puzzle, I figured it was time for a nice simple easy puzzle.
Remember back to kindergarden where the report card usualy had a category like Follows directions. If you got a grade of "Needs improvement" this puzzle may not be for you.
You do not need any web searching, cipher tools, or even a computer or calculator. Everyting is right in front of youi. This is a very low tech cache. All you need is a pencil and piece of paper, and just follow the directions. Dont over think it, it really is very simple!
You need to solve for the decimal minutes only, i.e the solution is:
