This is a small camo'd medicine bottle not far off the rail trail located near the given coords, but NOT at the given coords.
I decided to replace one of my caches along the rail trail, so, I found a good spot and used the notes icon on my iPhone (most smart phones will do) to jot down the new coords. What a surprise I had when I got home! None of it made sense, there were no numbers just a lot of letters and symbols! 
This is what I wrote for the coords:
}] E^Z[R# P^{ =UZ{}*
I wonder what it all means.....
