Quick P&G at the south end of Ryder Pond.
This used to be a useless swamp, then in the 1970's a developer got hold of it. After a whole lot of discussion/arguing//legal wrangling about saving the wetlands, permission was finally granted. And now it's a nice little lake and beaver pond. Houses were built, but you can't see them. Beavers and a multitude of other wildlife are happy, and so are the homeowners. All is well on Ryder Pond. Enjoy!
