A bit of a challenge if you don't know the area, but otherwise an
easy diversion.
Nothing too difficult about this cache, except maybe finding your
way there if you're not familiar with the area. The cache itself is
a smallish camo-painted tupperware box. Please make sure it's
well-concealed since the area is heavily travelled.
A quick reminder: it's not necessary to enter anyone's backyard
to find this cache. Beware: it's purposely a bit deceptive if
you're approaching by car. Enjoy the hunt!
Initial contents:
- emergency flasher
- deodorant sample
- dog chew
- mini-slinky
- pencil sharpener
- fruit snack
- conditioner sample
- the ubiquitous logbook, pen, and geocaching
explanation
Special note: Many people mistake California blackberry for
poison oak because they look very similar. The easiest way to tell
them apart is that blackberry has thorns. It may scratch you, but
you won't get a rash! There's lots of blackberry in the
neighborhood of the cache, but little or no poison
oak.
