At last you arrived.
As most of the geocachers on Lesvos (apart from the few that come by boat and the 3 local geocachers on the island), you arrive by plane.
A few minutes after the bus drops you (after a 175 m trip) at the terminal, the belt starts running.
“There is my suitcase”.
And a few minutes later: “And there is yours”.
You’re lucky again. Your luggage came with the right plane to the right place.
As for security reasons you have split your clothes over the 2 bags. So if one was lost, you had at least half of your belongings.
Half of your/her underwear here, the other half there…
Half of your/her socks here, the other half there…
The left shoes here, the right shoes there…
But now everything is here.
With your luggage you leave the airport.
"It’s hot over here"
The nice young lady of the tour operator waits for you and checks your names.
“You go to bus 12”. This is one of the two buses waiting to bring the tourists to their hotel.
“Yes, but… there is a geocache right on the other side of the road. Can we first…”
“Come on, sweetheart. There is the bus. Help me with my suitcase, please”
Then you say the two words that can save most of the relationships : “Yes, darling”.

After a fantastic holiday, the bus drops you again at that nice little airport.
You check in and drop your luggage (that weights too much due to the olive oil, ouzo and feta).
And now ? You have to wait more than an hour before boarding.
“Sugar, wasn’t there a geocache here ?”
“Thank you, darling. How could I forget it ?”.
The GPS shows you less than 100 m to the target.
Your last cache on Lesvos.
And you have more than an hour to find it.
Go for it !
