A short time spent watching the water and we saw all kinds of people enjoying the lake.
You do not need to go out into the field for this cache, it should be retrieved from the parking area. Please leave the string attached at both ends. This cache is wheelchair accessible, however I'm not sure if someone wheelchair bound would be able to reach this alone.
