This is a webcam cache.
To properly log this cache, you will need a cell phone & a partner sitting at a computer with Internet access. (In lieu of a cell phone, your partner needs to know to watch for you at a given time.) The person at the computer should practice their job ahead of time to make sure that the hunter is not standing outside for hours on end.
Photographer's Job
Go to the Webcam web site (http://aurora.ak.blm.gov/live.html) and look for your partner. This is a live feed camera taking pictures every 5 minutes. You will need to refresh your screen to see the next picture. When you receive the phone call from the hunter and see him/her in the photo (see Hunter's Job below), save the picture by right-clicking on the webcam picture (or the picture above) and click "Save Image As."

When you get to the site. Contact your photographer on the phone.
