You will not find the cache at the starting coordinates, but the place is suitable for parking. You rather have to move 104 m in direction 165º to field step 1. Enter the projected coordinates in the Geocheck.org checker. There you will find further instructions.
A visit to Field step 1 would be needed and will help a lot, but nothing you need is hidden there! Just study the place.
