First, go to the First Burial Ground historical sign located at the coordinates. There is no physical cache located at this sign. Find the last year that someone was buried there and substitute those numbers for the letters ABCD.
Example: If the year was 2013 then A=2, B=0, C=1, and D=3.
Now complete the following coordinates

The final cache is a well hidden buffalo tube within a mile of the sign.
