This is an easy one on a nice trail for children, the Hawkes Trail on Mt. Hor above Lake Willoughby in Vermont. It is intended to get young people started with placing and finding geocaches. It is within 10 feet of the trail, not muddy, not dangerous. You will not need an altimeter, but it is about 2150 feet, with only an easy climb from the parking area.
