My dad died back in 2000. He and I spent our summers in Oregon, not far from the spot where the first cache was placed shortly after he died. When he died back in 2000 my mother created a plaque for me in his memory. The words she chose were perfect, and perfect for caching. I've carried the plaque since 2001, and finally found/created a place to lay it.
This is on a piece of my property where people come to park and start hikes, bike trips, runs, and dog walks. Please come. It will be easy to find. Parking is 20 feet away. Come up the bark path. Read the plaque. Sit on the granite bench. You'll see the cache when you sit. Sign in ! Enjoy in peace !
