Geocache Description:

Route 563 through downtown Chatsworth is what I think is the lesser known way to the shore (everyone knows how to get there via the ACE, Route 72 or I-195).  Going through Chatsworth gives you a nice ride through the Pine Barrens and, depending on the time of year you go, an opportunity to get a bite to eat along the way.

The cache is not at the posted coordinates.  The posted coordinates will bring you to the Chatsworth Town Hall.  You can go there and look, but I don't think that's going to help you much (unless one of the employees is also a geocacher).  This is a simple puzzle (it really is, so don't get nervous).  This type of cipher is generally known by two names:  one is a Peanuts character and the other is a construction worker who works with cement and bricks (or a member of a "secret" society).  Solve the cipher and find the cache!

Congratulations to Lati.dude for FTF!
