Geocache Description:

A floppy disk, or diskette, is a disk storage medium composed of a disk of thin and flexible magnetic storage medium, sealed in a rectangular plastic carrier lined with fabric that removes dust particles. They are read and written by a floppy disk drive (FDD). Floppy disks, initially as 8-inch (200 mm) media and later in 5.25-inch (133 mm) and 3.5-inch (90 mm) sizes, were a ubiquitous form of data storage and exchange from the mid-1970s well into the first decade of the 21st century. By 2010, computer motherboards were rarely manufactured with floppy drive support; 3 1⁄2-inch floppies could be used as an external USB drive, but 5 1⁄4-inch, 8-inch, and non-standard drives could only be handled by old equipment. While floppy disk drives still have some limited uses, especially with legacy industrial computer equipment, they have been superseded by data storage methods with much greater capacity, such as USB flash drives, portable external hard disk drives, optical discs, memory cards, and computer networks.

This cache will offer you an opportunity to meet up with these artifacts from the computer past. The GIVEN COORDINATES ARE NOT THE CACHE'S COORDINATES, but rather a parking place for your car (a parking fee of 1 lv is required). You must solve the puzzle listed below to get to Stage 1. If you manage to do so, on Stage 1 you should be able to find a 5.25-inch floppy disk. UV-light will help you find it more easily and a pair of tweezers will help you retrieve the diskette more easily (so bring a pair from home). On the diskette are written the final coordinates, visible only with UV-light. You have to figure out witch are the correct coordinates. Of course the correct one will lead you to your treasure, where you will have the opportunity to sign a rather unique logbook. Please note - NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES of any sort ARE NECESSARY to sign the logbook - just simple, plain old pencil. Please be careful not to be seen on both stages - muggles may be watching you from all angles, so look around you before you do anything and be stealthy and quick. If you like this cache, please give it a 5 star rating on GCVote and don't be stingy on your favorite points. ;)
