Ready, Set, Go Hiking! Traditional Geocache

If you like to hike this is a good place to start.  This cache is a new cache to replaced archived Sanbornton Town Forest Gas Saver cache.

Cache is a small L&L full of trinkets to trade.  It replaces an archived cache that was very near to this one. The old one was a victim of tree rot which was prevelant this summer with so much rain.  The Sanbornton Town Forest is a fun place to go hiking and this is the place to start.  There is parking very close to the cache which is on a back road in Sanbornton.  Cache is in plain sight when you are in the right location.  I did not cover it on purpose so it is not hard to find. (Well, falling leaves in Fall could hide it a bit)  What will make it hard is that there is a lot of tree cover most of the year and the GPS reading may not be totally accurate. Terrain reading is a 2 because it is in the woods not on a trail.  BE CAREFUL OF POISON IVY ESPECIALLY IN THE AREA OF THE CACHE!  Cache will not be winter friendly if we have snow.  To log this as a find you must sign the log- no excuses that you don't have a pen!  This is a great cache for kids.  Dogs welcome but pick up after them!
