Large As Life at Hensol Traditional Geocache

This is the 12th in a series of 26 caches (one for each letter of the alphabet) which completes a circular walk of around 5 miles in the Hensol Forest and Hensol Park area of the Vale of Glamorgan.  The walk uses forest tracks, quiet lanes and public footpaths with the terrain being relatively easy although in a couple of places it can get quite boggy after wet weather.  Due to stiles and gateways it is unsuitable for wheelchairs or buggies.

To get to the cache, continue along the lane for about 100m and then over the stile on the right and take the track into the woodland.

The cache is a large container placed off the forest track but still within the woods.  It contains a log book and has plenty of space for trackables and swaps.  The GPS signal under the trees is not great but with the size of container it should be a relatively easy find.  Please ensure the cache is replaced as found and is well hidden.
