Rule #1- You MUST have found and LOGGED 100 different Virtual caches.
Rule #2- Seek out and find, and then sign, this cache. If your in the area and want to pre-sign, go for it. But, do not log it as found until you meet the requirement above
Any virtual, any where in the world is fine. Since there are only 16 in NH, you have your work cut out for you, but, there are 119 in New England so you don't have to drive too far.
Some of you may already qualify for this, great!! go find it and sign the log. I chose this spot because of the virtual that is very near to this, as its a favorite place to sit and watch the river.
