The best place to park is at Rocky Pond off Bare Hill Rd. The best route to the cache is to follow the power lines to Hog Rock Rd and turn right. Be sure to wear orange during hunting season. There is no hunting on Sundays.
If you are doing this as a pure Letterbox put your GPS away. From the power lines follow Hog Rock Rd until it enters the woods. On the right hand side of the road almost immediately after entering the woods, look for a large, downed, snapped off tree 20 feet from the road. The cache is on the ground at the back side of the fallen tree at the base of a pine sapling.
