I have set a challenge to see who else can achieve - or has already achieved - the mark. I thought those that qualify should also prove their puzzle solving skills on home ground, but rather than limiting the puzzle to those few who qualify for the challenge, I've opened it up to all here.
So, solving this puzzle will not only give you the coordinates of this cache, but it will also help you find the coordinates of the challenge cache. Good luck!
To find the cache coordinates you will need to decipher this message:

(Assume N 51° 17 W 000° 35).
Deciphering the message is the final step (almost), so unless you're very good, there's more work to do first:
- Crack this code to determine the theme: 1NW44-1ZQ05-1BAJH-3G9EW.
- Identify the six 'alternatives' (*) and place them in the grid below to reveal the cipher key. (The grid also holds another clue to help with the final decode).
(*) There are now seven, but the latest can be ignored.
