This walk or ride by event will be held in conjunction with the other events comprising the Geelong Xmas Smorgasbord Events to be held on December 8, 2013.
This event will further enhance the 'events' of the day and to add to your evening conversations if you are in Geelong for the day.
To log this event, you either walk or ride to the listed co-ordinates along the walking/cycle tracks along the Barwon River from the Princes Bridge at Shannon Avenue to the MacIntyre Foot Bridge (approximately 1,600 metres between the two bridges).
The two bridges can be walked/ridden in either direction.
The general reference map for this location is Melways Map 451.
Parking is available at Balyang Sanctuary near the Princes Bridge and in Riverview Terrace near the MacIntyre Foot Bridge on the south side of the river.
Just pull up at listed co-ordinates, say hello, grab the log, fill it out, hand it back, say goodbye then take off to continue your day of caching events in Geelong.
I will be there for one hour between 3:30 and 4:30 pm on the December 8th, 2013.
First to log will be drawn and notified after the event so no need to rush to be first there.
