Hello, everyone, it's perkwhite! So, you may have noticed that I haven't released a new puzzle cache in a while thanks to me being busy with college. I imagine everyone around here must have REALLY missed these challenging caches (or am I flattering myself? 
) So, I decided to be nice and give you all a REALLY BIG and CHALLENGING puzzle to keep y'all occupied for a while. Doesn't that sound positively exciting???
One day, I was scrolling around one of the geocaching groups I'm part of on Facebook (One for puzzle help, actually) when I came across The Triple 30-step Enigma in New York. This cache page contained links to puzzles of a similar format. I rather liked the idea, so I figured, why not create one of my own? Don't worry, this one is only 45 steps.
So now, for the instructions. Your goal for this cache is to, quite simply, count to 45. However, the way you do this will change with every step. Every URL you go to will start with: http://http://teamsuperfly.wixsite.com/mahalo/______. To continue, you must insert the answer from each step in the blank. For example, the first page says '1'. Therefore, the second page is '2'. The second page then tells you 'two'. So to continue, you must insert 'three'. (Don't feel relieved yet, it get's harder!)
For further clarification:
-The URLs are in ALL LOWERCASE.
-All answers contain only numbers, letters, and the dash ('-') and underscore ('_') characters. Replace any characters other than these (including spaces) with a dash.

Once you've solved it, please don't give out the coordinates. Let others have the experience of working the puzzle out themselves. I always take hint requests via email after FTF on any of my puzzle caches.
