Geocache Description:

Easy park and grab at thenewly developed trailhead which leads to the top of Tunk Mountain along Rte 182, the Black Woods Road.

This is an easy park and grab for most geocachers. It is meant to bring your attention to this alternate route to the top of Tunk Mountain. A great deal of work has been done this summer by the Bureau of Parks and Lands to create or improve access to some great locations along the Black Woods Road, Rte 182. In May of 2008 a cache ...Tunk-Tenna Nano (GC1C9BE)... was placed using a completely different route to the top. I plan to come back next week and try to make this one.
