All Roads Leeds to Rome Traditional Cache

This is a cache located in a small patch of land right off the Lynn Fells Parkway. Nearby is Leeds Street, a tiny street connecting Otis and Youle. I thought this looked like a good spot for a cache. 

Bring your own pen. Parking available on Leeds st. and Youle st. Not a lot of tree cover in the winter, but several people come here to walk their dogs so stealth shouldn't be too much of a problem. Watch out for poison ivy. Be careful of traffic on the Lynn Fells Parkway. Coords may be a little off, my apologies. Good luck!
