Welcome to Poet's Seat Tower. There are many trails here worth exploring, but the focal point of this area is this tower offering a spectacular view. This sandstone structure erected in 1912, replaced the original wooden tower built in 1873. The location was labeled the "Poet's Seat" by local poet Frederick Goddard Tuckerman.
Cache is a Hide-A-Key, not to be confused with clearly marked letterbox that has moved in close proximity.
