DARE to Cache Part II Traditional Cache

This is a medium sized lock and lock that has been hidden in a familiar place.  It is in an area that at times can be a high muggle area but with a little stealth, the find should be easily attainable.  

 This cache is the second of its series honoring a program that had helped countless children make better choices.  This is also the second place I worked and where I started teaching this program.  Although this is not the location that I wanted to place this cache (My original location was met with some resistance) it is close to where I wanted it to be.  I choose this location to send out my newly activated Trackable, DARE to Travel.  In this cache I also left related SWAG.
