Geocache Description:

You are looking for a dark green cylinder off the Maurice "Moe" Fenderson Trail in the Fenderson Wildlife Commons land.

The Fenderson Wildlife Commons is a project of the Wells, ME Conservation Commission.  An upgraded portion of the trail was dedicated as the Maurice "Moe" Fenderson Trail in November, 2013.  This tract of land has long had a cache (Holiday Cache) at its Rt. 109 end and one (Finding Fenderson) at its Horace Mills end; but nothing in between.  On a nice Monday in January, ahimsa girl and I set out to explore more of the trail and hide a couple new geocaches.

On Horace Mills Rd, not far from the Wells/Sanford line, the new Fenderson Trail sign marks the entrance and roadside parking.  You are looking for a seven inch tall cylinder initially filled with clever little Tupperware bowl key chains.  Please bring your own pen/pencil.  This should be a fairly easy find in winter; maybe a little trickier with foliage and will require a short bushwhack from the trail.  Have a fun time on this nice level trail any season of the year.  I never feel stuck when on this inviting trail, but this cache certainly is!
