Now I'll be the first to admit I'm not especially good at solving ciphers, but I can usually manage if the cache tells (or at least gives a good hint towards) the decryption technique needed.
Although as a puzzle-cache-hider, I don't always want to give those hints; that's why I think of this as a rotten puzzle.
All you have to do is solve the following and take the hike in to find the cache:
