Urban geocachers may despise lamp-posts, but this one is famous enough to have its own Wikipedia entry which gives numerous theories as to how the name Reality Checkpoint came about. The park surrounding it, Parker's Piece, is famous for being the birthplace of the rules of Association Football (soccer). The cache is not placed on the lamp-post itself, but is close by. To find the cache, answer these questions.
Go to the lamp-post. How many big fish? That number is A.
Now stroll to the west-north-west and a pavilion where a famous sportsman points the way, to find a blue plaque. How many sea horses on a blue background? That number is B.
Now find a pub with a name which says it stores something (south-south-west of Reality Checkpoint.) Does the name say it stores meat C=5 , liquids C=6, or cereal C=7 ?
The smaller green to the east is called Donkey's Common, but you will not find any donkeys there (or this cache).
Calculate the coordinates of the cache as North 52° 12.(B-2) (A-3) (A) , East 0 ° 7.(C)(C-1) (B+2).
