A Day Out in Wedderburn 2014 Event Cache

This cache has been archived.

Ngaambul: In line with the guidelines http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx?expand=1#event , events are to be archived once the event is over. They do not need to be left open as people can log the event when it is archived.

I've archived this one for you.

Rgds,
Matt - Ministro.
[red]Before this cache is published, a 'log your find/post reviewer note' is probably the best way to communicate with me. It puts it 'on the record', but comments will be archived before the cache goes on-line. An email is preferable after that.[/red] Have a look here https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=74)

Geocache Description:

On Saturday, 31st May 2014

The Old Blokes

will host a Meet and Greet Event

in Wedderburn, in N.W. Victoria.

********************

*  It will be held in the middle of town, in Jacka Park where there is plenty of cover, Toilets, BBQs and a play area for the children.
*
There will be new caches, which have been especially hidden for the occasion.
*  The Co-ords for the New Caches will be published at about 3.00pm on the Friday, the day before the Event.
*  The sausages and 'burgers, donated by the Loddon Visitor Information Centre, will go on at about 11.30 a.m. so the ravenous can start to feed themselves at about midday, for a Gold Coin donation per serve.
It is imperative that we know how many will be in your group, for catering purposes. All the proceeds from the food will be donated to the Lions Club who will be doing the cooking. This will then be donated to
 The Royal Children's Hospital.
You will be most welcome to bring your own food if you are not a sausage lover and I'm sure there will be plenty of room on the barbie.

Those needing overnight accommodation can contact

We look forward to seeing you all again this year.
