Thanks to some input from hermit.girl, I recently updated the coordinates and reworked the puzzle. Congratulations to hermit.girl on the FTF! :-)

There are two rows of cars. The top 3 cars are the last three numbers of the north coordinates and the bottom 3 cars are the last three of the west. To get the number that represents each car you will have to find the year the car was first casted. Use the last number of the year.
