Smiley Trail
Der Smiley Trail ist eine Serie von 19 verschiedenen, kleinen Logikrätseln. Alle Caches liegen entlang eines Wanderweges auf welchem auch noch weitere Tradis gefunden werden können. Für die gesamte Runde sollte man mit Suchen ca. 4 Stunden einplanen. Es werden immer Petlinge gesucht, außer beim Bonus. In einigen Logbüchern steht oben rechts eine Zahl. Diese werden zum Errechnen der Bonus Koordinaten benötigt.

The smiley trail is a series of 19 small, different logical riddles. You can find the 19 caches along one hiking trail. Moreover you can find there other caches. You should time about four hours and you are always looking for petlings. In some caches you find a number for the bonus in the book at the top on the right.

Rundweg/Circular path
Zeichne in das Diagramm einen einzigen Rundweg, der sich nicht kreuzt und auch nicht berührt. Die Linie verläuft immer vertikal oder horizontal. Die Zahlen geben an, durch wie viele der 8 benachbarten Felder der Rundweg verläuft. Der Rundweg verläuft nicht zwangsweise durch alle Felder und die Linie geht nie durch ein Feld, in dem eine Zahl steht.
Draw a single closed loop which does not cross or touch itself. The sections of the path run horizontally and vertically between the center points of orthogonally adjacent cells. The loop must not necessarily visit all empty cells and never visits a cell with a number. A number in a cell indicates how many of the 8 adjacent cells are visited by the loop.
Um die Variablen A - L zu bestimmen, zähle die Felder in der jeweiligen Reihe durch die die Linie nicht führt (die Felder mit den Zahlen gehören hier dazu...). Um die Unbekannte M zu bestimmen, zähle alle Felder, die komplett leer bleiben, sprich durch die die Linie nicht führt und in denen auch keine Zahl steht.
To get the characters A - L, count all empty cells in each row (also the cells with the numbers!). To get M, count all completly empty cells (without the line and without a number).
