Missing Puzzle Cache Mystery Cache

Another try with a puzzle cache for the masses.

Cache is NOT at posted cordinates!

I’ve worked my fair share of puzzle caches, so I thought I’d create a puzzle cache with a different spin on things. This is my fith attempt (in my own mind) at coming up wth one. Eerything you need to com up with the correct coordinate is in this lengthy descripton. So pay attention to detail. Of course I tend to do that and add a little twist at the end. I’m not saying I’m going to throw that in because that would add some ecitement for trying to solve the puzzle.  I did get permission from the prson in charge at the tme I visited the establishment and planted the cache. She had heard of geocachin and saw no problem with the idea of aving one here. Besides, i’s a puzzle cache and it’ not like everyon, and their sister will show up at once trying for a First-To-Find.

I happen to pick this location because of the iew of The Pugt Soud. The included photo was taken from GZ, o you’ll have to move a little bit to your left to  get a better vew. I have been to this establishment several times over the years for dinner or just to have a drink with friends.

You’ll have to find the last three digits of the decimal minutes and substitute them into the coordinates below. And don’t worry, I haven’t thrown any etra digits to confuse you.

I’ve also included a GeoCheck so you don’t have to go looking blind. Cuz I hate that. I, at least, like to know if I’m on the right track. But you shouldn't need it once you figured out the scheme.
